Popcorn is a fun and healthy snack to make for your kids to enjoy. This method of making popcorn straight from dried corn on the cob brings a new level of fun to the kitchen.
All you need is a brown bag, dried corn on the cob found at your local farm stand, and a microwave for popping. Your kids will enjoy listening to the popping corn and watching the bag grow as each kernel pops from the corn on the cob
Ingredients:
- 1 dried popcorn cob
- 1 small paper bag
- salt
- melted butter
Directions:
- Place your dried corn on the cob in the paper bag. Fold over the bag twice to secure the end.
- Place it in the microwave for 2 1/2 -4 minutes or until the popcorn stops popping.
- Transfer your popcorn into a bowl and toss with salt and melted butter
