Create a delicious spicy pork stir-fry in just 15 minutes that’s loaded with bok choy, soy sauce and hot chili garlic sauce. Serve it over rice, your favorite noodles, or just have it by itself. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon grapeseed or canola oil (or other high flashpoint oil)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3/4 pound ground pork
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame seed oil
Directions:
- Trim the ends of the bok choy. Wash, pat dry with paper towels, and then set aside.
- Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the oil and then stir in the garlic. Cook for about 1 minute, or until soft, and then add the pork. Stirring occasionally to break up and turn the pork, cook for 3-5 minutes or until the pork is lightly browned and cooked through.
- Stir in the soy sauce, chili garlic sauce, and sesame seed oil. Cook for 1 minute, and then stir in the bok choy. Cook for 1 minute or until the bok choy is tender and slightly wilted. Serve warm.
