Pelvis Scape

Come learn how to track and support the menstrual cycle with a trained fertility awareness educator! We will cover anatomy basics, hormones, methods of tracking, and holistic cycle support. We will close with an open conversation among all participants. Open to all bodies and ages!

bring a pad or blanket to sit on (we’ll have extra + chairs if you forget)
