For the Love of Cilantro: Practical and Creative Herb Pastes & Spreads

Join Tasha Greenwood of MXED Greens for this workshop about making creative and practical herb spreads and pastes, with a specific focus on cilantro! Tasha will demonstrate how to make basic cilantro based herb spreads and pastes from different food cultures in the world. You’ll get to make some of these recipes alongside Tasha to take home and share!
 
 
What to expect:
  • Learn about and see Tasha demonstrate how to make basic pestos
  • Learn about and make s’chug with Tasha to take home and enjoy!
  • Learn about and make herbal bouillon and laksa with Tasha to take home and enjoy!
 
What to bring:
  • We’ll have shade, but a sun hat, suncreen and protective clothing are always good!
  • Water
  • A snack if you’d like, or lunch to enjoy afterwards at the farm
