Join Tasha from MXED GREENS for an afternoon of dumplings!
Every food culture has a tradition of wrapping a filling in some kind of starch and cooking them as a low-cost and filling meal. Together, we will make and fill several kinds of dumplings with fresh farm produce and herbs, cook them, and enjoy a dumpling dinner. (Gluten-free and dairy-free options available) All ages and experience levels welcome.
What to expect:
We will be rolling, filling, cooking, and eating dumplings so wear clothes you don’t mind getting a little messy (or bring an apron!).
What to bring:
- All materials are provided!
- The workshop will happen at picnic tables under the big shade tent
- please wear clothes you feel comfortable in

- Snacks if you’d like
