Join Just Roots & Elyssa Serrilli of Northeast Biogas on Wednesday July 12th (during CSA distribution) as we cook up a delicious meal using biogas fuel! All are welcome. This is an informal, walk-up experience– no need to book – just come check it out for a few minutes. Bring your questions and curiosity. We’ll share how to make biogas from your cooking scraps and other organic waste.  Biogas is the next step in a food circle, regenerative local food system – it’s safe, easy, low-tech, low-cost, renewable and carbon-neutral!
