CSA FARM SHARE DETAILS:
- WHAT DOES THE FARM SHARE LOOK LIKE? Just Roots delivers boxes of fresh produce from our fields and nearby farms right to your door––making it easier and safer to access healthy food during these challenging times! Each Farm Share delivery will also include recipes, cooking tips, and news from the farm.
We partner with the exceptional team at World Farmers in Lancaster, MA to grow, source, and deliver farm shares to Farm to Family members living in eastern Massachusetts.
- HOW MUCH FOOD IS IN A CSA FARM SHARE? — We offer two share sizes. A STANDARD share will provide around 9 items each week. A SMALL share provides a bit less, about 6 items each week. Just Roots can help you determine which size is best for your child!
- HOW DOES THE FOOD DELIVERY WORK? — From June through October program participants will receive weekly doorstep deliveries of fresh, local veggies and fruits, along with a cooler and ice packs to keep things fresh in the summer heat. During the colder months participants receive one large monthly share.
- ONCE YOU JOIN THE CSA FARM SHARE, YOU MAY ALSO RECEIVE the Ready, Set, Cook kitchen supplies set delivered to your home; monthly quality protein packs accompanying the CSA produce box.
HOW MUCH DOES FARM TO FAMILY COST?
