SUMMARY:A Midsummer Cool Down
DESCRIPTION:Join Ced Clearwater & Just Roots Farm as we slow down and cool down with delicious herbal beverages & discuss herbal support for our nervous systems. We will look to our nighttime luminary\, the moon\, the attune to our bodies innate rhythm.
